Enforcement Agent - Self-Employed - Commission Only
- £40,000 - £90,000+ Realistic Earnings After Certification (Uncapped commission)
- A full UK Driving Licence is required.

We are recruiting on behalf of one of the UK's largest judicial debt collection and recovery companies in the UK.
We are looking for confident characters interested in engaging with us as Self-Employed Enforcement Agents - Training is provided on industry regulation and legislation to become a Certificated/Licenced High Enforcement Agent/Bailiff. For this opportunity, you will need to be a strong negotiator with the confidence and ability to defuse situations in a calm and professional manner and, ideally, hold the following experience.

- Debt Recovery - Warrant Officer - Doorstep Lending/ Collections, Civil Enforcement

About the role,
A field-based role where you will makevisits to debtors' homes/businesses with the aim of collecting payments in full or negotiating suitable payment recovery plans. You will act on behalf of taxpayers to recover outstanding criminal fines, child support arrears, congestion charges, bus lane contraventions, etc.

As an Enforcement Agent, you will be receiving:
- Weekly Pay
- Extensive City & Guilds accredited training and support through your certification, including 'on' street field mentoring.
- Mentoring and Support during and after Certification.
- A self-employed field-based role with access to work volumes makes for realistic OTE and uncapped commission opportunities.
As a self-employed Enforcement agent/bailiff, you will be field-based, recovering monies on behalf of taxpayers, businesses, and individuals through ethical and integrated court order compliance.
***Successful candidates will need to pass the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB/DBS) check process and hold a full UK Driving Licence.
