About the Role:Join a forward-thinking company as a Maintenance Manager supporting vulnerable adults with mental health needs in a supported housing environment. We're looking for a proactive, hands-on leader to drive high standards in maintenance and facilities services. You'll manage a skilled team and ensure strong strategic partnerships, meeting performance targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

• Maintenance-related qualification
• Minimum 3 years' experience managing a team in maintenance/facilities
• 5+ years' hands-on maintenance experience
• Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Expertise in auditing, risk assessments, and budget management
• Knowledge of COSHH, RIDDOR, Health & Safety, and security procedures
• First aid and fire marshal trained
• Strong communication and digital skills
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals
