Supported Living Team Leader • Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 • Location: North London • Report to the Supported Living Manager. Your purpose will be to enable people with mental health needs, disabilities and associated needs to improve and maintain the quality of their lives by: • Support and supervision of staff and acting as Shift leader. • Support in achieving daily living skills. • Identifying and meeting the needs of Individuals • Developing and maintaining relationships with Service Users, staff, and the local community • To work additional hours when authorised and as necessitated by the needs of the business and take part in on-call.
