We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in Logistics recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Identify and source qualified candidates for logistics and driver positions. Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position. Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and offer negotiations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
