Hero Recruitment is currently seeking experienced PCV bus drivers for our client in South Mimms. Full-time and part-time service work is available with an immediate start, subject to the following: Requirements: • Hold a full Manual driving license. • At least one year's proven UK driving experience • Hold a current UK PCV license with your CPC/DQC up-to-date • No more than 6 points on your license, No unspent drunk driving convictions • No endorsements for the use of a mobile phone (e.g CU80) This role will be Bus Service Work. Monday to Friday Before 9 pm Up to £18.30 After 9 pm up to £19.70 Weekend Before 9 pm up to £19.00 After 9 pm up to £20.40 Bank Holiday up to £21.10 Preferred: - Full flexibility to accommodate variable rolling shift patterns - Living within a commutable distance
To function as a Care Coordinator for named clients and to assist in ensuring individuals’ needs are addressed proactively through sound care planning, including meeting clinical needs. Lead the care team to ensure that residents’ physical, emotional and social needs are identified and met through assessment and care planning. To assist the Area Manager by leading the care team in achieving and, where possible, exceeding care standards determined by CQC, Local Authority Contract Monitoring. To encourage effective working relationships within the houses and with the multi-disciplinary team approach to promote a high-quality service. Maintain close working relationships with professional partners to achieve successful clinical care outcomes and achievement of management performance objectives. To promote a therapeutic environment in line with the principles of ordinary living. To assist in the management of a defined staff team, including the supervision of staff and the leading of shifts on a day-to-day basis.
Our client is looking for a full-time Supported Living Service Manager to join their team in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire. As a Supported Living Service Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective running of our client's Supported Living Services, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained and all activities are conducted in a safe and secure manner.
