Supported Living Team Leader
• Salary: £22,000 - £24,000
• Location: North London
• Report to the Supported Living Manager.
Your purpose will be to enable people with mental health needs, disabilities and associated needs to improve and maintain the quality of their lives by:
• Support and supervision of staff and acting as Shift leader.
• Support in achieving daily living skills.
• Identifying and meeting the needs of Individuals
• Developing and maintaining relationships with Service Users, staff, and the local community
• To work additional hours when authorised and as necessitated by the needs of the business and take part in on-call.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with experience in Logistics recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Identify and source qualified candidates for logistics and driver positions.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the position.
Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and offer negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

Hours: 37.5 per Week
As a Staff Nurse, you will work within a team that includes a range of professionals.
You will be central to providing high-quality care within a locked, specialised mental health medium secure/low secure and rehabilitation and recovery setting. The patient group consists of Personality Disordered Learning Disability and Enduring Mental Illness. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct care and interventions to Patient/Service Users without direct supervision and coordinate the care given by colleagues.
